Couriered stuff is lost, empty envelope delievered

Hi,

I sent a courier from First flight to my home town. I gave it to the First flight collection centre at Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune. The lady committed me that the courier will reach in next 2 days and also weighed the courier packet. According to weight, she charged me around Rs. 90. The courier consisted of 2 documents and a Leather wallet (for gift). The courier was received in 2 days time on the destination but to our surprise it was an empty packet. The wallent and documets were not present in the packet. I have been following up with First flight office at Pune - Deepali and she has just been telling me to call next day. It has been 1 and half weeks now but there is no concrete action from the First flight. I have also mailed to the customer care deptt but there is still no response. Please help on the same and oblige
