I ordered a cake with flowers in the website FlowerDeliveryIndia.Com to deliver on 27th Feb in Dibrugarh city (Dibrugarh was mentioned as one of the cities where this website delivers their products) with order no. FDI-2302201210737. but Today on 29th Feb they are saying that the delivery is not possible in Dibrugarh. this a complete cheat to the customers like us and i request a strict action on such websites on urgent basis.
