Staff misbehave (drunk in office time)

From last 6 month i am trying to get a new gas connection, i have all the documents to get a new connection but all the time they refused to any of the reason. after that they starts mibehaving with me and the way of talking was very bad. last time i visit the agency on 7-jan, on that date Mr. pankaj who drunk was talking badly. they told me to buy a cylinder every month in 750 rs from his agency
