I gave the car for paid servicing on 1st February & got back on 2nd February. After that I was out of station & drove the car yesterday on 15th February. Then I noticed that smoke started coming out of Engine Compartment below the Hood. When I opened the Hood, I observed that a piece of cloth is left inside the compartment & it had started burning causing the smoke. I immediately removed the cloth. If I would not have noticed this, definitely car would have caught fire & have been fatal to me & my friends sitting inside the car.
How a cloth can be left inside the engine compartment? This is very pothetic service & neglegance on the part of the service center.
Now I want the compensation for the service cost.
This is a very serious concern & need your attention & action immediately.
