Hey Team,

I wanted the photograph for my passport and I went to Fotofastv Kondhawa Pune (Near city back ATM .. Near Jyoti Hotel) for the same.

The person was really busy and to get the digital copy of exact size it was taking time. He asked me to come tomorrow and it happened that I got busy next day and upon contacting them after 4 days they told me the back is deleted and I would get only the printed copy.

THis was ridiculous and I paid them 614 rupees them and I clearly mentioned them I was digital copy on pen drive which they agreed and were ready to deliver.

Now I am feeling cheated and no way out of it They have wasted my time money and importantly peace of mind.

I hope to get some responce from you.
