Franch Express is the Worst courier service i had ever seen. They will not even reply properly and first of all they will not answer the calls. The people respond very badly. I have send a greeting card to my sister in law from chennai to bangalore and it has taken 5 days but still it has not reached the destination and customer service says that the address is out of city and my sis in law stays in city centre, ulsoor. I am totally un happy with fthis service.
