Egarding illegal demand

I have booked one gas connection with farand gas agency in Malout. The gas agency demand Rs.4300 for a gas connection i protested that the demand is Much exorbitent they replied that they will charge the same otherwise my booking will be cancelled. One the very next day when i approched the agency and again requested them to give the connection on control rate they repled that yours booking has been

cancelled becouse you have no proper kitchen, I am a poor person i cant pay the bribe money kindly do the justice and give to me the gas connection, and acction kidly be taken againset the guilty persons holding the gas agency.
