Subject: Complaint about fraud done for extended warranty by prem motors, vki, jaipur
This is to inform you that i had purchase a maruti suzuki wagonr duo on 25/6 (reg no=RJ14 CG 9083) with extended warranty of 1 year (2 1). The warranty contract number given to me was 09966731. My car was facing problems on 5/6 so i went to service station they told me to change some extended warranty parts, but they refuses to change the parts and told me that the warranty number provided to me had been already sold to someone else.prem motors had done fraud with me and they are selling a single warranty number to a lots of person. i also filed a complaint in maruti suzuki but no action has been taken till yet and they send us a message that our complaint had been resolved. It has been alraedy 90 days so kindly solve our problem as soon as possible.
