WE are holding the Frequent Flyer Number on the name of Mr. Santanu Moitra. We need to have some details about the points accumalated in this account. Also the vaious ways to redeem the points by telephone or by internet. After disuccssion with the customer exeuctive we were given a number to contact i.e. 022- 2202 4040. After trying for almost 10 days and getting no response we intended to give a complaint. Either you provide me with the correct number or let a call be received from your end to me.
