Fusion carvertrize and tata motors

I purchase the tata indigo cs from commercial automobiles tata dealer, in this purchase tata dealer of jabalpur and fusion carvertrize company said that if i purchase indigo they are paying rs 4000 per month for advertising on my car. now tata company said there is not our responsibility, and fusion carvertize dose not pay any money to us and don"t give any satisfied answer.

looking for a legal action if somebody have more knowledge about the matter plz convey it to me.
