Non delivery of Gas cylender after 25 days

I am getting from Shri Maruti Bharat Gas Service, Lane No 6, Vidya Nagar, Pune-32 Dealer Code 28832. I request to the responsible Bharat Gas for almost 25 days before for Gas cylender however still I haven’t' received gas cylender. Every time the same reason they give i.e. Gas Shortage, havent received the cylender and told us to give the complaint for the same. Also the way the Bharat Gas service employee talks with customer is very rude.

Request to kindly look into it and do the needful.
