Delay in delivery every month

Hi my Consumer number is 3012128 and i am always getting delay in delivery of gas when ever i am booking for the gas, this is related to bharat gas. they are intentionally holding the gas beacuse of price enhancment, and also they are not picking of the phone and there beheviour is very rude to the customer. customer are like dog for them, i have booked my gas since one week still waiting for the delivery
