Supply of cylinder is suspended without any official reason

Respected sir/madam,

Sir/Madam, i am customer of indane gas through premier indane gas agencies for fast 4 years. The agencies was not delivery the gas cylinder on proper time at all. When i warrant them, they suspended by gas supply without any intimation. And when i asked about it and the reason for the suspension, they not given any official reason.
