I am 73 year old two-three times went to My consumer number is E3545, MUKUT BIHARI LAL, Etah Gas Service, Gandhi Market, Etah but they are told today is not booked gas. I booked gas for home delivery on02.01.2010 but till today 19.01.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with Inden. Etah Gas Service distributor/ dealer is so much arrogant, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. Please consider my complaint and immediate action.
