Very Late delivery

Dear Sir,

I would like to take you attention for neglagency of staff of Gauri Gas Agency Palam, Dwaraka -110045. My CONSUMENR NO. 41847 and we always booked cylinder through IVRS NO>1260. But we are not getting delivery in time regularly last 8-9 months back.By this time also I booked my request on 19/03 booking no. is 69. But still I didn't received delivery of cylinder. Whenever we called up to agency's tell nos. its always continuously busy.

Here I request please take some strong action and co-operate with us.
