They are more interested in getting the customers to pay the advance booking money and the cost of the vehicle and then just forgets about the rest.
When I called up after paying the advance booking charges, the staff there said "you will get it within 45 days! "
45 days passed by but I still didn't get it.
When I called them up and asked them when will I get it, they said it without even asking any further questions that it will take around 2-3 months? - Is this how they should answer?
Is Activa such a thing so precious that you have to wait for 2-3 months?
They have no clue whatsoever about the delivery dates.
Why does Honda company or its dealers be so arrogant and irresponsible.
