Failure to provide after sales servivces

Good Day Sir,

With deep concern and regret i would like to draw your attention towards the facts as below-

1) I had given my car for repairs to GM's local dealer at Lucknow m/s Megha auto dealers on 19/05 as my car had suffered some minor damages, after handing over the car to their body shop at Kursi Road Lucknow, i had asked them to give me the estimated cost of repairs on pretext of business they told me that they will inform me over phone once it is ready which they never did.

2) I was expecting them to inform me once the insurance survey will be over, which was never done.

3) After discovering from my insurer that my claim approval was done and the survey was successfully carried out on very same day even the concerned surveyor has informed me that he had great difficulty in obtaining the estimate of repairs from the dealer.

4) After the survey was over i tried to contact them several times just to know when my car will be ready to deliver but no satisfactory answer was given.

5) After my great persuasion i came to know that i will have my car delivered on 24/05 .Again i contacted them at about 11:30 AM and they replied that it is ready but on reaching there it was discovered that car was not ready at all. I had to wait whole day until 5:30 PM to get delivery of my car. At the time of delivery on the pretext of workshop getting closed i was handed over the car without any trial, on reaching home to my surprise i found the fog lamp and horn not working, and further to my discovery vehicle never started thereafter (not taking self). When i had handed over the car to them for repairs i had no history of any ignition problem. I suspect that my car's battery has been misused/changed while the car was in their custody.

All the above concerns and problems had been brought to their notice several times including the registration of complaint to your call center but a remedial action from the dealer's end is still awaited they have now even stopped picking up the phone and non communicative as usual, and my car remains immobilized till date.

To sum up i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest to save me and my family from undue agony and harassment being imposed on us for no fault of ours.
