Not giving responce for appointment for servicing of my chevrolet spark l s

As per my knowledge there are only two service centers for chevrolet spark l s vehicelsin pune. They are not in position to give oppointment for servicing. if the company or dealer are not in position to provide proper services they should not sell their vehicels in the market or they should arrange somthing to provide proper services to their customers.

As the authorized service center is not in position to give oppointment for servicing as per sheduel, in that case who will be responsible for the any damages caused to the engine or other mechanical parts of the vehicel.

Please inform me what should i do.
