Purchase of Vento IPL Model, on 15.5. Paid the amount as per Price List and Paid the Registration and Octroi Charges as per Breakup of Pricelist.
Received the bill with Following Descripency,
1. Amount paid for Octroi Rs 32000 Octroi Receipt received for 30500 approx.
2. Registration charges paid for Rs 59000 approx Registation receipt received
for 51000 approx,
3. As per price list for IPL Model Depo charges Rs 3000/- not in the price list as
per executive explanation while booking the car and estimate given, but
added in Registration charges.
4 After asking for the details for 59000 company has given the breakup of
incidential expenses which are not forming part of Registration charges as
per the definition, which was told to them before taking the delivery and the
Depo charges also added in the Registration charges.
5. While taking the delivery I have paid Rs 11500 / extra accessories and asked
for Invoice copy, The executive of Company has told me that we are
processing the invoice at the end of the month, till date Invoice copy for Rs
11500/- is not issued in my name though intimation was also given.
From the above points it is clear that this is nothing but harasement to the custoemr and secondly the Marketing head is aware of the same and not giving the reply even though reminder are given by mail with proper time period,
Please confirm the refund amount and invoice copy,
