This is bring it to your notice that one cover has been sent from my Head office NewDelhi on last satuarday which your local office received it on monday
(08th Feb'10). On the same day evening the delivery agent had called me from the airport by the time we had left the office and I informed him to take it back to his office and I will send some one collect the same from there. Next day I could not able to send some one hence I had asked one of our staff to collect the same on Wednesday morning on his way to office, when he went there, one of your staff told him that the cover was not been handed over to them by the delivery agent, we took the his mobile no from your office then we called, he said he will come and deliver the same by 4pm on wednesday. Around 5pm I called Arunachalam at 9841179676 (delivery agent) to check the status of my cover he said he had left the cover at his office based on the instructions given to him by the office staff as the same will be delivered by them. When I called up your Guindy office I spoke to one Mr. Raja he said the cover is with them and will be delivered tomorrow as nobody is available that time. Finally I had to call your Chennai Incharge Mr. Ramaswamy on 9282406977 around 17:30 hrs, he said he will get back to me after which he never got in touch with me not even for once, again next day I called him he said he is on off then he said I will get back to you till when I called him again he said the boy will deliver the cover in the morniing around 10am on Friday which never happened, around 17:30hrs again I called up to check the status he said I am off and am on a function he disconnected the call. What an Incharge he is, he is not in a position to deliver not even a single cover it is very unfortunate and the entire experiance I have under gone I would say that you people should know what is a SERVICE is all about and you should understand the value of time and your customer. My cover is lying in your office for the last 5 days till now nobody is delivered it hat's off to your service. To deliver one cover locally how much time your staff would need, it's really beyond my imagination.
