GM Chevrolet Spark from Apex Auto Gurgaon

I have Purchased one GM Chevrolet Spark from Apex auto on 28 January. I have taken the loan from axis bank of 2, 10, 000/- and dealer helped me to take this loan.
Dealer charged me 6500/- as first installment & loan clearance fee. When I received the statement from axis bank there was no first installment paid and taken only loan fee of 1600-1700 only. I was shocked i contact to the dealer and asked for balance amount refund. I given all the proof of payment & credit card receipt of payment to apex auto Rs 6500/- and given the bank docs which clearly shows that amount they received is only 1600-1700 only.
So I am countinously doing followup with the dealer & no one is helping me. I put the complaint earlier but no result shown. Now the dealer is refusing we are not having any excess amount of yours. Pls help me. Can you give me the GM phone nos.
