Poor response & using vulgar language with passengers

I have booked the ticket from delhi to patna in go air flight no. Go-3411 on 16th january schedule departure is morning 9:00 am. they didnt inform reg flight is delayed or cancelled, when we ask they are saying cancel the tkt and go back to yr home in very harsh & vulgar lang. Airport video rec has proof of that.
