Fraud Referral Program

Hi Team,

There is this Referral Policy being run by Goibibo Team since long.

I was also lured by it and considering it a good discount and earning, made a series of my booking @goibibo.

There policy says amount will be transferred to my account once it reaches -

I have reached that limit a long time ago and when I asked them to initiate the transfer, they confirmed that due to technical issues, it will happen only by early Jan.

And now its been more than a month and all I'm getting is fake excuse (Read in Mail-chain).

I would request you to suggest me appropriate way to take an action as this is completely a false propaganda run by them.

In India, these days its becoming easy to be cheated by online e-commerce sites and something seriously needs to be done.

Inspite of my repeated requests you have failed to credit the amount and I can't take your excuses anymore, I am going to wait for 48 hours and if still credit is not done. I will go ahead and lodge a Consumer Case.

So It is advised you accelerate this matter otherwise be ready for excuses.

Hi Team,

As per your mail, credit was expected to happen by 20th and its past that date and credit is still pending.

I don't know what more reasons you have in your box but if you can't address it in spite of regular reminders, then I will surely have to find other ways to get it addressed.

This may be harsh but its frustrating to see such a response from a brand that I trusted, please get it resolved by next 2 days else expect a problem ahead.
