I had booked a ticket through your Goibibo for Kolkata-Delhi Indigo Flight 6E204 for 10th December. The booking ID was FMN041VIRLN. Later, cancellation was done (Cancellation PNR Z49QAP). But I haven't yet received the refund for cancellation. Please advise how I should proceed to sue the company.
