Non refund of Amount

I booked two tickets to Mumbai from Indore using GoIbibo, on the reference of one of my friends. The booking for tickets was done for travel on 24th May. But due to certain reasons the airlines cancelled the flight. When I called the airlines they told me that they have cancelled the flights and the entire amount has been refunded back to the Service Provide (GOIBIBO). I waited for 1-2 weeks for the amount to be refunded back to my account, but to my horror, it was not done. When I tried to contact GoIbibo, first of all their service is the most pathetic of all. I got my call picked after around 50 calls, and then was told that the money would be refunded back... Now it's been a month, and they are not refunding back the amount. And not picking up the call also.

Please don't even think of using GoIbibo again for booking tickets. They are damn F**** frauds.
