I gave my bike for a paid service here. This is my third visit and this proved to be horrible experience for me. The engine work is not at all upto the mark. Spares are very expensive compared to other service centers. Even the mechanics are not qualified or experienced with hero honda standard. I would like to know people who have faced similar issues with Goldstar motors as they tend to take things very lightly. There is no trace of customer service around. This is insane to its limit when a middle class guy wants to just take care of his bike...
