No response to repeated calls for service

I bought green electric scooter FLAMZ on 29/9. Horn failed, Speeedometer etc have failed within 3 months. They promised free service with pickup from home. Even after taking vehicle to dealer at Coimbatore, they did not service. Not even answering phone. sometimes they answer but tell lies that they will come but never come.
