Group scheme Air India retired employee
Wrong Bank Account Number given to LIC

Sir

I retired on 31st. March from Air India working in Mumbai. I was contributing to the Group Scheme for several years, but I submitted the LIC form in December.

Inadvertantly I wrote my bank Account No. as "0412010004961" which is wrong (missed out one zero) the correct Number and other bank details are as mentioned below:

Name: Pradyuman Kumar, Bank Of Baroda, Mittal Tower Branch, Andheri Kurla Road, "04120100004961".

I understand that you have already sent a cheque to the wrong account number, which must have been returned.

I regret the mistake and request you to kindly make the correction.

If this mail has gone to the wrong section kindly redirect it to the right section under intimation to me. Thanking you very much.
