Irregularity of receipt of domestic gas bill

I am customer of GSPC gas company ltd. and my costumer Id no. 500000057697. The last bill received by me was of Feb- March and the payment thereof was to be made within due date 16/5 which was paid by on 12/5 by cheque and their Rajkot office had received the payment within time. Thereafter the consumption was noted by their Rajkot office employee frequently but in-spite of complaints orally no bill thereafter sent to me. Since more than 5 1/2 months have left since the last bill I have not received any bill nor any reply from their Rajkot office.

At last i have given written complaint to their Rajkot office on 17/9 and since then no reply is given and till today no bill is sent to me. it is the fault of their Rajkot office and i have to suffer a lot.

I therefore request to investigate into the matter and see that bill is sent to me without any further loss of time.

It is the condition of GSPC gas company - Condition no. 10 it is stated that the bill will be prepared every two months and will be sent to the customer. However they have not sent the bill after six months and as such inordinate delay has been made by their Rajkot office.
