Dear sir / madam

i made my application along with necessary fees rs.1000/- to gspc ltd bhilad office for gas connection in january first week but till date not received gas connection.

i would like to know the rules and regulations about connection and want to take positive actions against the matter to resolve the my case at the earliest.
