DEAR SIR,

THE BHARAT GAS CLAIMS TO DELIVER THE GAS-CYLINDER TO ITS CONSUMER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY

ON 20/04 AT SRNO.358 MY CONSUMER NO IS 13340 SIR

THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY

REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 06/05

PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.

IT IS ALSO FOUND THAT BLACK MARKETING OF CYLINDERS ARE GOING IN OUR AREAS TO ILLEGAL HOTELS, UNREGISTERED CUSTOMERS .
