Dear sir,

i have been trying to book gas for the past 10 days but i cant able to reach out my gas agency... when i try to met them in personal i found that the phone receiver is kept down as soon they arrived to the office an this is regularly happens... i don't know why they provided an option for telephone booking option... think about the situation of people whop were trying to book there gas.. that, s the basic need of human life nowadays.
