Gurukrupa gas agency, Bharat Gas, Kalyan West
Misbehaviour and delay in delivery

Hi,

Please be noted that the Bharat Gas agency team (Gurukrupa agency) dont behave properly with the customers. Everytime we receive arrogant and rude replies from their end.

At times we feel that we are their slaves. They shout at us and dont try to listen what our problem is..!!

Also the cylendar is never delivered on time.. it almost takes 10-12 days while they promise to deliver in 2-3 days and that too after 3-4 calls.

This is really very irritating for us, request you to please take some action on it.
