My name is Rateesh Chandra Thakur residing at C-227, Indra Enclave-2, Delhi-86 having Indane Gas Consumer Connection No. 26229 with Hari Singh Gas Agency. Booking/delivery system of said agency is very poor. They never deliver gas cylinder in time when the booking is online and furnishing wrong delivery time. If delivery time is proper let him show signed delivery slip from me. Neither he provide his complaint register to lodge any complain nor face to any consumer with good behavior. Many people has abused even bitten by him while he complain for short/less wattage. It can be also verify from various consumers in absence of him about his rough service, behave etc.
