Mt omni van is given as breakdown in gurgaon to Pasco for repair on 3.9.09 . it has minor problem. but they are taking too much time to get the problem resolve. Today he informed me the they donnt have a part which is required for sorting the proble. after discuss with GM i was informed the it will take more time. and they are not in position to infome the how much time it take.
you are requested to please. look into matter. take a action for not taking care of customer.
