Dear Sir,
I had bought a Hero Honda Motor Cycle Model No. CBZ X-treme vides Reg. No. UP 16 X 3388 from M/s Uppal Motors, Sector-4, Noida on 26.06.2009.
Since the Time, I bought this Motor Cycle from this Dealer, I have been having problem with this bike. Allthe problem have been listed with the workshop of this dealer which can be confirmed by you. The Engine has been giving noise, no pick up, Colour defect in the petrol tank, right from the day one.
I have been persistently lodging complaints with the dealer and they have not been able to rectify this defect. Finaly now. I have given the bike to the dealer on 12.08.2010 ad they have asked me to report the matter to North Zone, Regional Office based at Dehradun.
Sir, I have been forced to lodge a complaint with you, since, I know that reputed company like Hero Honda and owned by Munjals, can not supply a Sub-standard bike with a manufacturing defect to a consumer, who bought a product based on its reputation.
Sir, I would request you to either replace the bike or remove the entire manufacturing defect in the motor cycle which I bought out of sheer confidence in the product being of the quality.
I would be very grateful if a replacement is given to me immediately as I am suffering for the last over one year and the dealer has been making excuses for removal of defects.
