I had purchased a Hero Honda Pleasure in the year through Ranjeet Motors, Thane, Maharashtra. The vehicle is very good in all respects. Recently Front cover and the mudgaurd of the front wheel got broken/damaged. I went to your service centre to get the replacement of the parts, but the spare parts are not available with them. They said they cannot giive a time frame for the availability of the parts. I am after them for the past 4/5 months, even got my vehile number registered with them for the replacement purpose, which is a normal practice at the service centre. With the damaged parts, I am finding it very difficult to use the vehicle. I am facing lot of embarrassment because of the non-availability of the parts
There may be lot of customers like me facing similar problems. I request the concerned authorities to ensure that the parts are made available in big quantity to make your customers feel happy and loyal towards your products.
