Bad Customer Service Service Manual

Hello Sir/Madam,

Hope you are well,

I'm having Great difficulty and troubble with Customer Service of hero MotoCorp!

I Purchased passion Pro on 27/07

Engine# HA10EDBHF38696

Chassis #- MBLHA10EWBHF35732

REG#- KA 01 EU 1354

Deakler- Prakash motors (Lalbagh Road)

I have lost my Manual book which came along with the bike, Manager at Prakash Morors is not helping me, due to this i'm not allowed to leave my bike for free service and the people at service station (Prakash motors) Charge me every time i leave the bike for service.

Tuesday 27th Dec, i was informed by Salim at service station (Prakash Motors) that the battery is gone and have to be replaced from EXIDE Industries and provided me with a letter, however Exide Industries need the service Manual in order to Replace the battery.

I have taken all the extended warrenty and not getting any help and been made run around from past 1 month PLEASE HELP!!!

I need a new Manual book with warrenty for Battery and Free Service which i have been Denied so long!
