Dear Sir,

I once trusted the name Hero Honda...

But recently due to the unpleasant events that took place at ur authorized service centre Kamal Automobile Khairthal, Alwar, Rajasthan, I am very disappointed. I didn't ever think that i will ever cross through this kind of harrasment.

I purchased Hero Motorcorp Passion pro last Year thinking that Hero honda is a very good brand, But, Now i m totally unsatisfied. My bike's Digital meter is not working and as its under warranty, i went to authorised dealer in alwar as mentioned above. But I am Following up with him from last 3 months. He is not responding to any of my complaint. So, in last i am writting to you. Let us c whether you can do anything or not.

I would realy appreciate if you can please do the needful.
