Change of Goods Truck

I shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and I hired CLOSE CONTAINER of Unite Packers and Movers for shifting my domestic goods. The compant gave commitment that the same container will be reached in Bangalore and i gave full paymet for this container but when my goods was reached, it was in open container without any cover. My most of the goods was damaged because of the rain and their carelessness. When I tried to talk the company, it was not ready to receive my phone. The bangalore supervisor was very rude in behavior. I am completely dissatisfied with its service.
