This is to record my TOTAL DISSATISFACTION on the commitments given by SPECTRA MOTORS team particularly Mr. Asad Ansari and Mr. Ghanshyam.
From the time I first visited Spectra, Goregaon in August till date, different persons are attending to us resulting in communication gaps.
I booked an ALTO Spice vide proforma – 7425, date 23/08/09 with the following understanding –
1. Delivery on “Dashera” i.e 28th Sept 09
2. All fitments as per specifications along with the following at no extra cost –
a) Black Seat Covers (in place of the dual colour)
b) Anti Rust
c) No graphic sticker on the sides
d) side strips on all 4 doors
3. I will be informed of the Registration number so as to select one from the range available.
Despite of having given all required documents once, the same were asked to be provided again for some or the other purpose. No proper coordination on what sets of documents are required.
Instead of arranging for the registration number, I was directly put on to a RTO agent who demanded money for even the most ordinary and regular number. You need to investigate this before I take up with your principals.
At the persistent request by Mr. Asad Ansari, we have agreed to advance the delivery to 19th Sept 09 subject to our inspection of the vehicle few days beforehand.By now I had lost faith on the assurance given by your staff and so on cross questioning today came to know that the black seat covers are not fitted and cannot be fitted by SPECTRA MOTORS. This amounts to backing out from the commitment.
Please confirm immediately if all the points agreed upon earlier are complete in all respect. The purpose of giving you 3 – 4 weeks to prepare the vehicle as per our requirement is defeated.
I again repeat that I would take the delivery only on completing all my requests agreed at the time of booking.
