Not getting rc book from last one yea

I have purchased bike hero Honda karizma zmr DL13SG-3252 on 06/04, from HIMGIRI AUTOMOBILES, Kanti Nagar, New Delhi – 110051. I am still not getting the RC BOOK; they neither receive my phone nor personally entertain the customer properly. I am not able ply my vehicle in city due to not having RC book. Advice me how I get my money back to do my registration by my own. Help me please
