Wrong Service of FIAT ca

This is appaling to know that the service centre, HIM Motors Peeragadhi is such a pain in the neck for all Fiat and Tata car users. I got my Fiat Siena 2000 serviced here. I faced a lot of problem as my car broke down on the way back to home though it was repaired and an expensive part worth Rs.18, 000 was changed by them. I was stuck on the way back to Meerut in the weird hours without food and water, with my tired wife and hungry kids and reached back home finally around 11:30 at night. We are so much disturbed by their service that words can't describe. Unwillingness to listen to the grievance, improper diagnose of the problem, changing a costly part without any requirement, total chaos like condition in the office, height of filthiness and dirty washrooms, totally unkept waiting lounge, irresponsibility, female employees fighting physically and police being called for the same, bad living conditions of the employees too, is how I can describe HIM Motors Peeragadhi...

Besides this, its a petrol car and going and coming costed us atleast Rs.3, 000. I need to ask the authorities, as to who is finally responsible for this ignorance/negligence. Is this why we buy a FIAT car. Is this what you call having F U N on the wheel with FIAT. I need a proper feedback and support system to call me at my no. 9897499902, otherwise I'm reaching for the Consumer Court.

Now my car is here in Meerut and I'm unable to take it anywhere. Waiting for a prompt action.
