Not delivering Gas cylinde

I have Bharat Gas connection. My consumer no is 31938.The agency is Hindustan Agency, Adyar, Chennai. I booked a cylinder last month (Actual date 27 January) by phone from my home. While booking for refill they told that the cylinder will be delivered in 2 weeks. But I did not receive it even after one month. Last week I called almost daily. Every time they told that they will send it on next day. But the cylinder is not yet received.

Usually during every booking the billing date is different from the actual delivery.
