Non Issuing of vehicle document and RTO No

Dear Concern,

I was booked the vehicle (Bajaj Discover, Colour - Black/Blue Rs.47000) from Unique Motors & Electronics, Shop No.1, Sai Leela Society Shambhaji Nagar, Kandivali (East), Mumbai-400101 on dated 10.12. I have got the vehicle on dated 10.12.2009 but till the vehicle document and RTO papers not get, i am continue follow up with above mention dealer but he not given me any reply... now i am totaly disturb so please suggest me what will i do now?
