Not distibuting Gass as per rules just blacking the gass to other people for money

Respected sir this complain is to words . the crouption going on in U.P state gonda dist. Nawabgainj area by Bharath gass distibuter . named Abha Bhargav . he do not distibute the gass among people . he just gets the gass n after getting the truck of gass he just cell more that half of truck in black for the shake of money.

due to this we poor people suffer buy his own rules.
