I bought one new activa for rs 49347/-(1000 cash for booking and rs 48347/- By cheque no 750174 dt 09.04.11).
Since then I am crying for services and my documentation (rc/Temp rc) etc.
I tolrated till 29.04.2011 evening and after that I duly written a complaint.
Dealer not received it then on the same day it was sent to company at their mail address printed on the brocure of the company-friday, 29 april 9:43 pm.
Till this date no any action is taken rather vehicle was seized by police and incurred losses penalty/Problems/In police station also on 14.05.2011 vide criminal compounding sr no 12556 dated 15.05.2011 of police line office agra.
Even after the same co is not taking action against the erreant dealer and providing me the registration certificate rather invoking me against up government rto office
