I have booked my active at Emarald Honda, shahibaug, ahmedabad.. and got the delivery call.. while booking i was not told anything.. when i went to the showroom to claim my booking and requested that i don't want the accessories, there the attendant was not at all supportive and he is now directly saying me that i have to buy it this way or cancel my booking.. is this the way to respond to customer..??
