Taking more money for on the spot delivery

Hi Sir,

this is the complaint regarding purchasing ACTIVA of HONDA company.

in the morning when we reached in the showroom of honda to purchase ACTIVA the serviceman told that there is booking going for this and we have to wait for 1 year for delivery and then he added two option to us.

OPTION 1: To book now and take delivery after 1 year.

OPTION 2: To pay Rs. 63000 and take on the spot delivery. i.e pay more and get on the spot delivery by hurting the customers who are in waiting.By this thing the dealers earns lot of money illegally. If this goes on we could never get ACTIVA at its original price. And the customer who are in clue will be in clue for the life time... this is injustice between the customers...
