Dear Sir,

I had purchased Honda activa scooter on date 19-08 from your Hubli showroom M/S Nagshanti Honda bearing the following details registered in the name of

Mr. RAJENDRA. V.NAIK,

MALLAPUR, KARWAR.(UK).

I was delighted to receive a vehicle from a reputed dealer who delivered the vehicle exactly on the the delivery scheduled date and kept informing me about my vehicle. Now I would like to inform you that at the time of vehicle delivery all the pages of owners manual were scribbled have been correction made/rewritten by applying white fluid including service coupons, which are not being honored by other service centers causing lot of inconvenience, later the Hubli persons spoke to Karwar dealer about the discrepancy and informed them to carry out servicing which was conveyed to me over telephone. Sir I have been staying at kaiga township and the nearest service station is approximately 50kms i.e. at karwar, I have to request the service station persons for four days from 16-09 to 19.09.2010 for carrying 1st free service as the last date of 30 days expires on 19-09, thereafter substantial time was lost in explaining and communicating between two service stations For delayed servicing which clearly indicates that deliberately this was done to humiliate me for four days which was not expected from a reputed company like yours

The matter was explained to service station manager/persons at Hubli over telephone, They promised me to change the owners manual and come to their showroom any time with old book. Sir subsequently I went to HUBLI which is 150Kms from my residence with the old book, To my surprise the manager MR Vijay kataria told me he would take up the matter with company and inform me within a week, But after a month also it appears that my complaint has gone to deaf ears, I am writing this letter in desperation to inform you before I think of alternative methods, I am surprised and astonished to face such humiliation from a reputed company like yours.

You are requested to immediately look into the matter from your end and change the owner’s manual book and send it to me. Kindly send the correct owners manual book immediately at the below mentioned address.

Your early response in this matter shall be highly appreciated.
